CampusLink policies
These Terms explain the rules for using CampusLink, a campus community platform for students and approved campus participants. Creating an account requires you to affirmatively accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

CampusLink helps people in the same campus community discover information, communicate, share opportunities, and participate in campus life. Features may include profiles, a campus feed, events, marketplace listings, lost-and-found posts, student gigs, accommodation listings, clubs, direct messages, notifications, and moderation tools.
CampusLink is provided for personal, campus-related use. You are responsible for following your institution's rules and all laws that apply to you.
Campus selection and profile information help keep campus content scoped to the relevant community. They are not a guarantee that every user or listing has been independently verified.
You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as profile information, posts, photos, listings, event details, club content, and messages. You give CampusLink a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, format, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service and show it to the audiences you choose through the product.
You promise that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content, and that it does not violate these Terms, the Community Standards, another person's rights, or the law. Avoid posting passwords, identity documents, financial details, precise home addresses, or other sensitive information unless it is genuinely necessary.
Content shared in a campus feed, profile, event, club, marketplace, gig, accommodation, or lost-and-found listing may be visible to other authenticated members of the relevant campus. Direct messages are intended for the conversation participants, but you should still communicate carefully.
CampusLink provides tools for students to connect. It is not the seller, buyer, landlord, employer, event organizer, club officer, or guarantor in transactions or arrangements made between users.
You may not use CampusLink to harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, defraud, discriminate against, or endanger anyone. You may not use it to distribute malware, spam, scams, illegal goods or services, stolen material, non-consensual intimate content, or content that exploits or sexualizes minors.
You may not scrape or collect member information without permission, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, create accounts by automated means, or use CampusLink to cheat, facilitate academic dishonesty, or misrepresent an institutional affiliation.
Members can report profiles and supported content. CampusLink moderators may review reports, hide content, restore content, suspend accounts, or take other action they reasonably consider necessary to protect the community. We may also preserve or disclose information when required for safety, legal process, or the operation of the service.
Moderation decisions may consider context, history, severity, credibility, and the safety of people involved. We do not promise to review every report or prevent every harmful interaction.
CampusLink is not an emergency, crisis, medical, security, or law-enforcement service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services, campus security, or another appropriate authority. Do not wait for a report submitted through CampusLink to receive a response.
CampusLink and its software, branding, design, and original materials belong to CampusLink or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable permission to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its branding without permission.
The service may change, become unavailable, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, CampusLink is provided without warranties, and we are not responsible for user content, user-to-user arrangements, or losses arising from relying on them.
We may suspend or end access when an account violates these Terms, the Community Standards, campus requirements, or applicable law, or when action is needed to protect the service or its users. Where appropriate, you may ask a campus administrator or the CampusLink administrator to review a decision.
We may update these Terms as CampusLink develops. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new update date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms. Questions about these Terms should be directed to the CampusLink administrator for your campus.
You can request a personal data export or permanently delete your account through Settings. Data exports are reviewed by an authorized administrator before becoming downloadable. Account deletion removes your profile, content, messages, and uploaded files, except records retained where permitted or required by law. We may retain your deletion reason without linking it to your account to improve CampusLink.
